Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Canada Tender Match offers Free, Solo, Pro, Contract Intelligence and Complete plans. Current launch prices are $9.99/$99 CAD for Solo, $19.99/$199 CAD for Pro, $24.99/$249 CAD for Contract Intelligence and $34.99/$349 CAD for Complete, monthly/yearly, plus applicable taxes where required.

Free account and introductory live search

A Free account requires a name, email address, password and email verification. A business/organization name is optional at registration. No credit card is required and the Free account does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Introductory live-record access includes tender search and the Free Contract Intelligence preview and is available until the earlier of 14 days after email verification or 40 meaningful searches across those tools. An upgrade offer may begin after the earlier of 7 days or 15 meaningful searches. Repeating the same search on the same day may be de-duplicated and not counted again. When the introductory period ends, the account and supported saved account information may remain accessible, but ongoing tender search/matching requires an eligible paid tender plan and ongoing Contract Intelligence research requires an eligible Contract Intelligence plan.

Introductory upgrade discount

An eligible Free account that has never previously paid may receive 10% off the first paid billing period. If offered, the discount is applied automatically at eligible Stripe checkout: the first month for monthly billing or the first year for yearly billing. It is limited to one redemption per organization, normally cannot be combined with another promotion, and regular recurring pricing applies after the discounted billing period unless the subscription is cancelled or changed.

Plan access

Free, Solo and Contract Intelligence are one-user plans. Pro and Complete include unlimited authorized users from the same subscribing organization, with separate logins and no per-seat fee. Access may not be shared with unrelated organizations. Contract Intelligence is the research-only paid product and does not itself provide the full tender workspace. Existing Pro accounts that originally included Award Intelligence retain that feature while active; new Pro accounts follow the current Pricing page.

Paid-access protection

Active paid subscriptions, complimentary paid access and authorized users of an active paid organization are not subject to Free-account tender-search timers, counters, upgrade nags or Free paywalls. If a Free user upgrades successfully, those Free restrictions stop applying as soon as the paid entitlement becomes active. A customer who cancels continues to receive the paid access already purchased through the end of the current paid period; Free-account rules become relevant only after paid access actually ends.

Automatic renewal

Paid monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

Self-service cancellation

Paid customers can use Account & Billing to open Stripe’s Customer Portal and cancel future renewal. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

No cancellation penalty

There is no additional cancellation fee. Cancellation prevents the next scheduled renewal charge but does not itself reverse charges for the current period.

Refunds

Normal cancellation does not itself create a refund for unused time. Refund rights are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory applicable law. If Canada Tender Match permanently terminates the entire paid Service during a prepaid period, the Refund Policy provides for a prorated refund of the unused prepaid portion; removal of an individual source, feature or plan is not the same as terminating the entire paid Service.

Plan changes and the combined plan

Existing customers change plan or billing interval through Stripe rather than starting a second subscription. Moving to Complete combines the Pro workspace and Contract Intelligence in one subscription and keeps one renewal date. Stripe shows any applicable proration and the next charge before confirmation. Moving to a plan without the workspace disables team access; moving to a plan without Contract Intelligence disables research-only features and watchlists after the effective change.

Retention offers

Canada Tender Match may present selected existing subscribers with a limited retention offer during cancellation. Eligibility, price, duration and renewal terms are displayed before acceptance. Retention offers may be limited to one redemption per organization and need not be offered to every customer.

Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or waives any right that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
