An independent commercial tool designed to make public-sector procurement opportunities easier for Canadian businesses to discover, prioritize and research.
What we do
Canada Tender Match imports procurement information through approved official source methods and adds search, business-profile matching, alerts, saved-opportunity monitoring and Contract Intelligence. Contract Intelligence uses approved open data about upcoming projects, award notices and contract history to help businesses understand future demand, buyer activity, suppliers, published contract values and possible renewal timing.
Current live coverage
Canada Tender Match currently has five approved automatic live-tender routes: federal CanadaBuys notices, SEAO / Données Québec, City of Toronto Open Data, the Government of Yukon open-tender resource designated in the Yukon Open Data catalog, and new Nova Scotia notices received through the official Tender Opportunities Notification Service (TONS). Nova Scotia TONS coverage begins from enrollment and is not a historical backfill. Other direct source routes remain held unless a compatible commercial-reuse and automation basis is documented. For those jurisdictions, Canada Tender Match can link customers to the official portal and paid tender-workspace customers can privately score and manage an opportunity they enter through External Tender Check. Winnipeg's licensed historical open dataset is no longer represented as current because new City bid opportunities moved to MERX in 2025.
What we do not do
We do not issue tenders, determine bidder eligibility, guarantee complete Canada-wide coverage, prepare bids, guarantee awards or replace authoritative procurement documents. We are not affiliated with any government, procurement authority or issuing organization.
