Refund Policy
Except as specifically stated below or where required by applicable law, subscription payments made to Canada Tender Match are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation and unused subscription time
Normal cancellation stops a future renewal and ordinarily leaves access available through the end of the current paid period. Canada Tender Match does not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits or subscription extensions solely because you cancel before the end of a monthly or annual period, do not use the Service, stop using the Service, no longer require the Service, or are dissatisfied with available tender opportunities, search results or match results.
Changes to tenders, features or data sources
No refund, credit or other compensation is ordinarily provided because a tender is amended, cancelled, withdrawn, delayed or unavailable; because a public or third-party data source changes or becomes unavailable; because a Contract Intelligence estimate changes; or because Canada Tender Match changes, replaces, removes, suspends or discontinues an individual feature, source, matching method or subscription plan, except where expressly required by applicable law.
No retroactive promotion refunds
If we later run a lower-priced promotion, existing purchases are not automatically repriced and we do not provide a refund, credit or extension solely because the later promotion is cheaper, except where expressly required by applicable law.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same subscription period, contact support@canadatendermatch.com promptly so we can review the transaction. Correcting a genuine billing error or duplicate charge is not considered a discretionary refund under this Policy.
Permanent termination of the entire paid Service
If Canada Tender Match permanently terminates the entire paid Service before the end of a customer's prepaid monthly or annual subscription period, Canada Tender Match will provide a prorated refund of the unused prepaid portion of that period, subject to applicable law and reasonable payment-processing limitations. The refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where practicable. This provision is not triggered merely because an individual tender source, feature, subscription plan or research dataset is changed or discontinued while a paid Canada Tender Match service remains available.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes or waives any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, Canada Tender Match will comply with that requirement.
