Live tender data is collected from currently integrated public sources under Canada Tender Match's source-access policy. A source may be added, paused or removed as access, publisher direction, legal terms or technical conditions change. Canada Tender Match may also link to official procurement portals that are not integrated; those links are provided for convenience and do not imply affiliation, endorsement or that the linked opportunities are contained in the CTM database. Coverage is not guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free. Nova Scotia TONS coverage depends on successful email delivery and includes new notices received after CTM enrolled; it is not a complete historical backfill and does not guarantee delivery of every amendment or change.
Research and intelligence data is separate from live tender opportunities. Contract Intelligence records may describe planned projects, awards or contract history. Supplier Intelligence may describe standing offers, supply arrangements and pre-qualified suppliers. Supplier Activity may describe reported usage or published contractor-payment activity. Funding Intelligence is temporarily unavailable. If re-enabled, it may describe historical grants and contributions and would not represent currently open funding applications. Prequalification Matching is a focused view of open procurement notices already in the tender database, such as RFSO, RFSA, roster and supplier-qualification notices. A renewal, recompete or other estimated date is not authoritative unless the official source publishes it.
If you use External Tender Check, the match score is based only on the opportunity details you choose to enter and your current business profile; CTM does not automatically verify the external posting or scrape the linked portal as part of that feature. The RFP Document Analyzer and Addendum Comparison are automated text-analysis aids and may miss or misclassify requirements, dates, tables, forms or changes; they are not legal or procurement advice. Always verify eligibility, requirements, amendments, closing dates, submission instructions, award information, supplier/arrangement status, funding information, contract status and project status with the official source before making a business decision. The official publisher's notice, dataset and documents control if they differ from Canada Tender Match.
Do not rely on Canada Tender Match as your sole tender-monitoring, deadline, addendum or submission-control system. Alerts, emails, calendar entries, saved dates, watchlists, scores and automated analysis are convenience aids and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. You are responsible for independently monitoring the official issuing source and maintaining your own controls for deadlines, documents, amendments and submission requirements.
